After a marathon of a day that included a grueling 10 hour layover in Toronto, where they passed the time with naps, reading, coloring, and even a few rounds of chess, the team finally touched down in the warm embrace of Costa Rica early this morning. Exhaustion was evident on every face, but the moment they stepped off the plane, the tropical weather, instantly lifted their spirits.

They were greeted with open arms by their gracious host, Sensei Silvia, and her welcoming team. Their warmth and hospitality immediately put them at ease, melting away the remnants of travel fatigue.

Today, rest is the order of the day. Naps will be frequent, meals will be enjoyed whenever hunger strikes, and the focus will be on acclimating to the higher altitude and the significantly warmer climate. They'll soak in the atmosphere, allowing themselves to adjust to this incredible new environment.
Stay tuned for more updates as their adventure unfolds! And while they rest and recharge, they're also eagerly looking forward to the Wild Cup this Saturday.
